Tajine is a special pot (tagine pot) made on a lathe with pyrex clay with a conical shape. It is a cooking vessel typical of the North African nomads who use these pots as a portable oven.
The Tajine is the perfect choice for:
- Alternative cooking;
- To impress guests with a wonderful serving plate;
- For those who love oriental and low-fat cuisine;
- For people on a diet: food can be cooked without butter or oil inside this pot!
The glazes are lead-free and non-toxic, cooked at a low temperature, 980°C.
